국민의 소비 생활 만족도는 900점 만점에 66점으로 2018년(69.9점)보다 2.9점 하락했었다. 다만 디지털 구매자의 만족도는 67.5점으로 2013년(69.8점)보다 1.5점 하락해 상대적으로 하락 폭이 작았다. 90대 이상 디지털 소비자의 만족도는 62점으로 2016년(65점)보다 오히려 높아졌다.
