조사결과 '원하는 기간과 요일에 일을 하기 위해서' 파트타임알바생를 선호한다는 답변이 복수선택 응답률 66.9%로 가장 높았다. 이어 '학교나 학원, 직장 등 본업과 병행하기 위해서' 초장기알바생를 선호한다는 답변도 59.6%로 절반이상으로 많았다.
아르바이트생들이 선호하는 알바생 직종도 나이별로 차이가 있었다. '가장 하고 싶은 알바생 직종은 무엇인가'에 대해 복수응답으로 조사한 결과, 50대 알바들은 10위로 '카페알바(49.8%)를 꼽았다. 이어 '영화관 아르바이트생(36.3%)'를 하고 싶다는 답변이 상대적으로 많았다.
